The Energy Health Check Process

A simple 3-step process

  1. Account Review:
    We start by analysing and reviewing your current energy and water accounts. This review includes looking at consumption levels, contract terms, rates and billing history to identify any discrepancies.
  2. Market Evaluation:
    We then go on to comparing your existing rates to the current market offerings. This is where we can see any potential cost savings which can include competitive tariffs, better contract conditions or enhanced services from suppliers.
  3. Recommendation and Implementation:
    Once we have gone through the market offerings, we can then put forward a recommendation for the most suitable option for you. Once you have approved this, we’ll take care of the renegotiations of the contract, consolidating accounts or switching suppliers to maximise your cost efficiency.
