Established for over 21 years, Whole Hearted wholefood shop and cafe specialise in takeaways, cakes, lunches and drinks.  Owner, Ruth Nares, has been trading along the Stonehouse High St in Gloucestershire since founding the business and prepares all food on the premises with the emphasis on ‘wholesome’. 

Challenges

The pandemic intensified the challenges faced by many small businesses.  Cutting costs, saving money and continuing to encourage trade during the series of lockdowns put ever increasing pressure on Whole Hearted.  With energy bills continuing to rise, owner Ruth wanted her business to be in safe hands when it came to finding the right energy supplier that wouldn’t over charge and that would provide an ethical service.
